Elvis Presley's former Beverly Hills home is back on the market a year after restaurateur and hotelier Peter Morton purchased the estate for $9.8 million (£6.1 million).

The Rex Lotery-designed mansion became home to Presley and his wife Priscilla shortly after they wed in 1967 after The King paid $400,000 (£250,000) for the Trousdale Estate residence.

Morton has renovated the sprawling pad and posted it as a rental property at the beginning of 2014.

Now, the place is back on the market for over $14 million (£8.75 million), according to RealEstalker.com.
