Eminem is rumoured to be releasing his eight studio album next year after putting a baseball cap on sale online with the date '2013' emblazoned on it.
Eminem has hinted he will release a new album in 2013.
The 'Lose Yourself' rapper has sparked speculation he is releasing his eighth record next year after putting a baseball cap up for sale on his online store which features the date '2013' emblazoned alongside his previous studio release dates.
The dates read: 1996 ('Infinite'), 1998, ('The Slim Shady LP'), 2000 ('The Marshall Mathers LP'), 2002 ('The Eminem Show'), 2004 ('Encore'), 2009 ('Relapse'), 2010 ('Recovery') and 2013.
Eminem - real name Marshall Mathers - recently hinted he was back in the studio and fans should expect new material in the near future.
He said: ''I've actually kinda just started [on a new album]. I've been on the move a little bit too, so I've in between things, sneak songs in here and there.''
The 40-year-old star created the cap to commemorate his hometown baseball team the Detriot Tigers, and the merchendise features the words ''world champion'' printed above the dates.
His Facebook page reads: ''For a limited time only in honor of the big games and the hometown team's return to The D, we are pleased to offer the Eminem Baseball Tribute Hat in both home and away colors.
''Side panel is dedicated to the landmark Eminem solo albums. A portion of the proceeds will go to The Marshall Mathers Foundation. Get them here. (sic)''
