Rapper Eminem has been slammed by campaigners at an anti-violence group for portraying suicide in the video for his latest single, Space Bound.
The controversial promo, which debuted earlier this week (beg27Jun11), shows the hip-hop star apparently shooting himself in the head and hallucinating about strangling his girlfriend.
And the footage has already sparked outrage for its depiction of delicate subject matter.
A spokesperson from U.K. group Mothers Against Violence tells Britain's Daily Mirror, "People who do this are really quite evil. Children are influenced by the things they see. If we feed violence, it becomes strong. Like an addiction.
"It's all about the money with these videos. Eminem isn't thinking about the families affected. It's selfish - it comes to a point when selfishness becomes evil."
