Eminem paid tribute to his late pal and fellow hip-hop star Nate Dogg on Friday night (29Jul11), by dedicating a song to him at Canada's Osheaga Festival.
Nate Dogg passed away in March (11) at the age of 41, and Eminem was one of the first stars to mark his death, saying in a statement, "Nate's voice in music will never be replaced."
And the Stan hitmaker chose to remember his old collaborator again when he hit the stage in Canada.
Eminem dedicated the track Till I Collapse to the singer, telling the crowd, "Make some noise for Nate Dogg y'all."
He then sampled a rendition of Dr. Dre classic The Next Episode, which features Nate Dogg's vocals, while images of the star were projected onto a screen onstage.
