British dance music trio Faithless will bow out of the music industry in style next month (Apr11) when their last ever concert is beamed live to cinemas across Europe.
Last week (ends18Mar11), bandmates Maxi Jazz, Sister Bliss and Rollo announced they would be going their separate ways after 15 years together.
The trio, which dominated the club scene with smash hits including Insomnia, God Is A Dj and We Come 1, are due to play their final, sold out show at London's Brixton O2 Academy on 8 April (11), and the group is inviting fans who can't make it to the venue to join in the fun for one last hurrah at their local movie theatres.
The concert will be beamed live via satellite into cinemas in the U.K., Ireland, Germany, Norway and Belgium, among other locations, making history as the first dance music event to be broadcast in such a way.
