Rap still rules in the American singles charts following a healthy summer for artists like Fat Joe and Nelly.

Rap sensation Ciara's GOODIES stays firm at number one for a fourth week, becoming the only artist other than Usher to hold the top spot for a month or more.

The number two, three and four spots haven't changed in a month either - Fat Joe's TERRORSQUAD anthem LEAN BACK is still at number two, while LIL' FLIP's SUNSHINE stands firm at number three and Nelly's MY PLACE is steadfast at number four.

Meanwhile, Alicia Keys is hoping to make more history by adding a third track to the top 10. The soul star's MY BOO duet with USHER and DIARY are at numbers five and eight respectively, and her old single IF I AIN'T GOT YOU is moving back up the charts at number 11.
