An obsessed fan of Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell has been arrested and charged with sending death threats to the rocker and his family.

Fbi investigators discovered Jessica Leigh Robbins had posted threats and videos online alleging that Cornell plagiarised her work and claiming to be the mother of one of his children.

She even accused the singer's wife of child abuse.

Experts believe she may have entered the Cornell family home in Miami, Florida last year (13).

Robbins was arrested last week (25Jul14), according to TampaBay.com.

Sources tell the website she is not allowed to go within 1,000 feet of the Tampa, Florida amphitheatre, where Soundgarden is scheduled to perform next month (Aug14). She has also been ordered to wear an ankle monitor, according to the website.

Back in February (14), a Seattle, Washington woman was also arrested and charged with sending death threats to the singer via Twitter.
