Boxing champion floyd mayweather, Jr. faces a nasty legal battle with his ex-fiancee - she has filed papers alleging assault and battery.

Shantel Jackson is suing the boxer claiming he attacked her on many occasions and once pulled a gun during a heated row and threatened to shoot.

According to her lawsuit, obtained by Tmz.com, Jackson alleges the fighter first became violent towards her in 2012, shortly after he was released from prison after serving time for beating up another woman.

But his ex-fiancee alleges things got really scary in April, 2013, when he "bent her arm, restrained her, and pointed a gun at her foot, asking 'Which toe do you want me to shoot?'" during a fight.

Jackson claims he then ordered her to remove the 17-carat diamond engagement ring he bought her at gunpoint.

She also claims the boxer invaded her privacy by posting details of her pregnancy and "termination thereof" on the Internet.

She is suing for assault, battery, defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and harassment, among other things.
