Rockers Foxygen have scrapped another festival appearance as frontman Sam France continues to recover from a serious leg injury sustained during a show in Minnesota last month (Jul13).
The band was forced to halt a gig in Minnesota on 29 July after the singer slipped and fell into a barricade at the front of the stage.
He was taken to a local hospital with a suspected broken leg.
The group subsequently scrapped a series of gigs at the beginning of August (13), and now they've pulled out of next week's (beg19Aug13) FYF Fest in Los Angeles.
Explaining the extent of the singer's injuries in a statement, the band reveals: "Sam sustained complete fractures of the tibia and fibula - severe enough to require surgery. He is currently unable to walk unassisted... Physical therapy is under way!"
The full Primavera lineup has been released, with The Postal Service, Jesus And Mary Chain and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds all set...
