Camille and Kelsey Grammer are selling their Malibu mansion for $17.9 million.

The TV star and the 'Frasier' actor - who split in July 2010 after 12 years of marriage - have agreed to sell the property, which comes with nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and will interest fans of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' as it is the home Camille lived in while starring in the series.

Kelsey's representatives confirmed to E! that the property was purchased when the pair were still married, and other reports suggest the former couple bought the house for just $4.5 million.

Culinary enthusiasts will be interested in the home's state-of-the-art kitchen, which was designed by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, and there is a home theatre room complete with large projection screen which is perfect for fans of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' or 'Frasier' to watch previous episodes.

The property also boasts a detached guest house, which features its own living room, several bedrooms, a five-car garage and a large kitchen, as well as a rooftop deck and private patio.

Sporty types will be keen on the outdoor Tennis court and large private pool, plus there is a dressage riding ring and nine-stall barn to impress equine enthusiasts.

What's more, insiders believe Kelsey and Camille are selling two other houses, one in Beverly Hills - which was recently revealed to be on the market for $18 million - and another in Beaver Creek, Colorado, which is listed for $7 million.
