New York police have arrested a suspect in connection to the murder of former G-Unit rapper Mazaradi Fox.

Fox was shot dead last month (Jan14) in Queens, New York.

On Monday (10Feb14), authorities apprehended Scott Jamal and charged him with second-degree murder, multiple counts of attempted murder and felony assault, according to AllHipHop.com.

Fox signed to the label in 2007, but never released an album and subsequently left G-Unit in 2008.

Three other people were injured in the shooting incident.
