LATEST: Shamed British rocker Gary Glitter fears he will never be able to return to his native England, because he is afraid of being arrested on allegations he profited from child pornography. The disgraced singer, real name Paul Gadd, is currently serving a three-year jail term in Vietnam after being convicted on 3 March (06) of molesting two young girls - but he could face extradition to face fresh charges when he is released. Glitter's lawyer LE THAN KIN says, "He told me he is devastated because he will never be able to go home. He thinks the police will hound him and try to arrest him if he sets foot on English soil." British police officers jetted into Vietnam to question Gadd, and they are currently building a case trying to prove he enjoyed an income from the images stored on his laptop computer - which was confiscated when he was arrested last year (05). The lawyer continues, "The (British) police asked him about his financial situation. They wanted to know if he made any money from the pictures. "But he insisted that all his money was made legitimately from his music royalties."
