The SHINE star had to wear the hairpiece to look more like PETER SELLERS, but it affected his performance during more intimate shots.
He says, "Peter Sellers was a very hirsute man. I am not at all, so it was tampered by us not wanting my stick-on chest piece to come off.
"Those scenes hopefully look like a couple of people frantically involved with each other doing amyl nitrate, but when you are doing take after take it becomes like a stunt sequence.
"It's more about hitting the marks and not banging her head on the bed and still making it look like a good time."01/10/2004 14:00
