Giuliana Rancic has revealed she's started lifting weights in a bid to gain muscle and look curvier as she doesn't feel ''sexy'' with her current tiny frame.
Giuliana Rancic is desperately trying to put on weight because she wants to look ''sexy''.
The 'Fashion Police' host has come under fire for her shrinking frame over the past few years but she's now spoken out to admit she's not happy with the way she looks and has started lifting weights in an attempt to get a curvier figure.
She said: ''I'm trying to get some more definition, because I want a little bit of curve, I want to be sexy. And right now, it's killing me to look in the mirror and see that I've just lost all [of it]. I'm not the girl I used to be.''
The 40-year-old beauty confessed she's only just started going to the gym as she thought working out would result in her losing even more weight.
Speaking on the 'Dr. Oz Mehmet' show, she shared: ''I actually recently spoke to a personal trainer because my doctor said, 'Maybe you should get in the gym'. And I'm thinking, 'Get in the gym? I don't want to lose weight! Don't you usually go to the gym to lose the weight?'
''And he said, 'No, no, no, you should -- just don't do cardio. Do some weight training.''
Giuliana also revealed that her figure has been getting her down for some time now.
She added: ''Trust me, I don't want to lose weight. I don't think it looks attractive. I think I used to be more attractive. But I'm doing the best I can.''
