Giuliana Rancic will use the same surrogate to give birth to her second child.

The 'E! News' anchor's husband Bill Rancic has revealed that everything is in place for them and their gestational carrier, Delphine, to try to have another baby and they are hoping to give their son, Edward Duke, 13-months, a sibling sooner rather than later.

The former 'The Apprentice' winner told Life & Style magazine: ''We've got everything in place. We've got our carrier, who carried Duke -- she's on board.

''Having a brother or sister in the house is definitely in the future for Duke.''

Giuliana, who discovered she had breast cancer while undergoing IVF and was unable to get pregnant due to the strong medication she was taking for her illness, still hopes that she might be able to carry her own child as she recently stopped her treatment.

Bill said: ''It's something Giuliana would love.''

But he added: ''It doesn't matter how you get your little baby. When you're holding the baby in your arms and you see their smile, it doesn't matter.''

Giuliana recently revealed that she would love to have a baby girl.

The 'Giuliana & Bill' reality TV star said: ''I'd love a little girl. As a woman, you dream of having a little girl so you can wear the same outfits. It's like having a doll - but it's a real person.

''I'll buy her an American Girl doll and they can wear the same outfit, then I can get an adult version of the outfit so the three of us match. I'd Instagram that all day long!''
