Nashville, Tennessee's COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION MUSIC FESTIVAL was abandoned on Saturday (12JUN04) due to torrential rain.

The GREASED LIGHTNING RIVERFRONT PARK STAGES were evacuated when storms hit the area.

Many acts were forced to scrap performances or move them to Sunday's (13JUN04) bill, but that was also interrupted by bad weather.

Meanwhile, Glen Campbell's Sunday night show, which he was allowed to play after a judge in Arizona agreed to delay sentencing on a drink driving charge to yesterday (14JUN04), went ahead as planned.
