Latina superstar Gloria Estefan is giving wealthy fans the chance to live in her guest house - for $30,000 (£20,000) a month.

The Rhythm Is Gonna Get You hitmaker is renting out the guest quarters on her Star Island, Miami estate. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom building sits next to Estefan and husband Emilio's huge seven-bed mansion.

Tenants will get their own private entrance, a spa and a Jacuzzi.
