Gwyneth Paltrow is starting to feel her age as she sees coveted roles handed to younger actresses.
The 38-year-old Iron Man star is convinced there are less jobs in Hollywood for women over a certain age, and admits she feels disappointed when parts she wants are given to younger girls.
She tells Elle magazine, "There are a lot of roles that are OK, but there's little that are really good. Sometimes you find out that something you really liked is going to someone 10 years younger."
But Paltrow feels cheered every time she sees an older actress score a decent role.
She adds, "I find it heartening that Meryl Streep and Sandra Bullock have been able to find and create amazing projects".
