U.S. TV network HBO has ended its battle with a woman it accused of naming her business after hit series Sex And The City. The cable giant threatened to oppose Jennifer Cassetta's plans to trademark Health and the City for her New York martial arts school - but have allowed a deadline to pass, granting the 31-year-old victory. Cassetta says, "Score one for the little guy. I felt like HBO didn't realise what they were doing when they were attacking a small-business owner, and a woman business owner specifically. Because women are so strong."
