Heidi Klum loves doing pole dances for husband Seal.

The German supermodel - who raises four children, Leni, seven, Henry, five, Johan, four, and 20-month-old Lou, with the singer - says it's important for married couples to have a healthy sex life and likes to spice things up In The Bedroom every now and then.

She said: "There's nothing wrong with a nice garter belt. I'm not saying you have to put up a pole in your bedroom and start swinging off the rafters. But I love that sometimes!"

The 'Project Runway' host - who renews her vows with Seal every year on their anniversary - says having a healthy sex life is easy for her because she still finds her 48-year-old spouse very attractive.

She told America's Glamour magazine: "He's even hot when he's sleeping. He's a beautiful man. He's kind, he's a gentleman, and I watched him last night on stage, and he still rocks it. I'm like, 'Yeah, that's my man!"

Heidi met Seal in 2004 - when she was pregnant with Leni, whose biological father is Formula One businessman Flavio Briatore - and admits she didn't waste time in getting to know him because she felt a connection right away.

The 38-year-old beauty said: "I'm not someone who plays hard to get. This whole thing about 'Oh, let's exchange numbers' and then people wait four or five days before they call you? I don't see the point. If you feel something, why would you let that pass? You only live once."

In December 2009, Seal officially adopted Leni.
