Supermodel Heidi Klum has dismissed reports her boyfriend Flavio Briatore has replaced her with a younger woman - claiming beauty MORAN ATTIAS is dating one of his friends.

The sexy German stunner has been dating Formula One Racing boss Briatore since the demise of her relationship with Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis.

And although many have predicted the pair will wed, reports Briatore has entertained both Attias and another model KAT MACK on board his luxury yacht have thrown the romance into doubt.

But Klum's spokesperson insists, "She's dating one of his friends. There were 10 people on the boat. The Italian tabs have been on overdrive with this relationship."
