Rocker Aron 'deuce' Erlichman is taking legal action against two of his former Hollywood Undead bandmates amid allegations of an assault in May (12).

The frontman quit the masked rap/rock group in 2010 due to creative differences, but he is convinced Dylan 'FunnyMan' Alvarez and Jorel 'J-Dog' Decker were behind an attack on him that took place earlier this year (12) following a solo concert in Los Angeles.

Erlichman filed a police report after the incident, in which he claimed his former pals were "lying in wait" to jump him as he left a venue and proceeded to punch, kick and stomp on him as another man videotaped the altercation, reports Tmz.com.

The singer is now suing the pair for unspecified damages, alleging the "brutal" beating caused him permanent damage.
