Bosses at Hugh Hefner's Playboy publishing enterprise are facing legal action from a model who alleges she suffered a debilitating knee injury during a 2009 photoshoot on a trampoline.
Busty beauty Denise Underhill filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court last month (May11), claiming she was not properly warned about the dangers of the job after she was "requested to jump on a trampoline... in order for photographs to be taken of her".
She suffered a torn meniscus in her right knee as a result of the exercise, but was not given full medical help and was sent home with crutches.
Underhill alleges she required surgery to treat the injury and she is suing for $25,000 (£15,625) in damages, reports Tmz.com.
