R+B beauty Jamelia was speechless at last night's (30SEP04) Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards - after collecting three illustrious prizes.

The sexy singer won best single for THANK YOU, best video for SEE IT IN A BOY'S EYES - a track written by COLDPLAY'S CHRIS MARTIN - and shared the title of best UK act of the year with fellow Briton Dizzee Rascal, at the ceremony held at London's Royal Albert Hall.

Jamelia said of her win for the autobiographical hit, Thank You, "This is probably the most important and significant one for me to win because this is a single that really means a lot to me."

Kanye West matched Jamelia's three wins with awards for best hip hop artist, best producer and best album for COLLEGE DROPOUT, but was not present to accept his prizes.
