A SOPRANOS movie will only happen if James Gandolfini runs out of money, according to former castmember Steve Schirripa.
Rumours of a movie have circulated since the last episode of the mob drama aired last year (07).
A number of castmembers have voiced their support for a film adaptation.
But Schirripa - whose character Bobby Baccalieri was killed in the final season of The Sopranos - thinks it will never happen.
He says, "I don't think it's going to happen. Unless James Gandolfini goes broke, I don't think it's going to happen. If he empties out, perhaps we'll have one."
