Jason Biggs has started feeding his baby son luxury solid food.

The 'Orange is the New Black' star's six-month-old son Sid, whom he has with his wife Jenny Mollen, is beginning to incorporate purée vegetables into his diet and joked the youngster is enjoying meals of sushi and fillets.

Speaking to PEOPLE.com, Jason said: ''We gave him some butternut squash.''

He then joked: ''We gave him a bone-in fillet mignon. Sushi. Only one of those things is real. The bone-in fillet, obviously. Medium-rare. Served with a side of mashed potatoes ... lobster mash.''

Meanwhile, the 36-year-old actor admits he's still trying to adapt to life as a new father and is particularly struggling at the moment as the adorable tot has been keeping him awake most of the night.

He explained: ''He ain't sleeping. Tell me what's fun about that.

''No. He is the most fun thing that's ever happened to me. But he really isn't sleeping and that is not fun.''

The 'American Pie' star is also still trying to master the art of nappy changing and admits he's found himself in some smelly situations recently.

He said previously: ''This little baby can pee a full stream.''
