Actor Jason Momoa has dismissed reports linking him to a leading role in the Man Of Steel sequel.
In December (13), reports surfaced suggesting the Conan the Barbarian star was in talks to play either Superman's ultimate foe, Doomsday, or Justice League character Martian Manhunter, in the film, but Momoa is now insisting the reports are "just rumours."
He tells Ign.com, "It's flattering. I'm not involved in it... Maybe someone said, 'You should be in this!' and I said, 'Yeah that would be great!' And it just went too far."
Henry Cavill will reprise his role as Superman in the sequel, while Ben Affleck has signed on to play Batman and Fast & Furious actress Gal Gadot will portray Wonder Woman in the highly-anticipated blockbuster, which is set to hit theatres in 2015.
