British screen hunk Jason Statham refuses to consider a career in directing - as he insists he has barely mastered the basics in acting.
The LOCK, STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS star is too impatient to deal with actors and their insecurities, and prefers to work on his craft in front of the camera.
Besides, Statham was plucked from obscurity to star in Guy Ritchie's debut movie and never attended drama college.
He says, "I haven't got the capability or the patience.
"As a director, you need to be very good with people's personalities and be able to adapt to many situations.
"I've got my hands full trying to work out this acting stuff."
