Hip-hop mogul Jay Z is to open a restaurant in London to provide work for jobless youngsters.
The rapper is teaming up with England soccer ace Ashley Cole to launch the venture, which will employ school-leavers from underprivileged backgrounds.
The pair has also pledged to donate a portion of the eaterie's profits to charity.
Jay Z and Cole - ex-husband of British pop star Cheryl Cole - met in New York to discuss the project last month (Jun11) after they were introduced by a mutual pal.
The rapper says, "It'll be the hottest place in town."
