Jennifer Aniston has revealed she loves the high intensity exercise spinning so much she has installed a spin bike in her home.

The gorgeous 'Friends'actress has is such a fan of the high intensity workout that she has had one of the specially designed bikes which simulate riding a road bike installed in her home and even phone calls from family and friends won't keep her away from it.
She said: She said: "The best quick sweat for me is getting on the spin bike. I can pump it up! The time goes by so quickly too. And it's great when I need to make phone calls. I just put on what I call my Janet Jackson headpiece and I'm all set!
"I work out and eat well. Sleep is important. I try to get it at least eight hours a night."
Jennifer also revealed her secret beauty weapon is Dr Hauschka moistuiriser and lip gloss and she doesn't go anywhere without them.
She told Britain's OK! magazine: "Dr Hauschka lip balm is definitely a staple. I grew up using Dr Hauschka moisturiser and I always try to incorporate that into whatever skin regime I'm doing."
However, although she exercises regularly, Jennifer admitted Mexican food and burgers are her food weaknesses, and she sometimes loves to indulge in white peaches with string cheese.
