Jennifer Aniston was moved to tears as she listened to breast cancer survivors' stories at a treatment centre in Virginia on Monday (04Oct11).
The former Friends star is lending her support to America's Breast Cancer Awareness month, and has directed a short film about the impact of the disease for Lifetime movie Five.
She attended new cancer treatment facility Inova Breast Care Center in Alexandria, and listened to patients' heroic tales of their diagnosis and how they battled the illness.
And the actress became emotional as she heard the women's stories of survival, wiping away tears throughout the visit.
Aniston was joined by U.S. Vice President Joe Biden's wife Jill, who has been involved with raising awareness of breast cancer for 20 years.
