Jennifer Lopez has finally confirmed she is pregnant with her first child - on the closing night of her tour with husband Marc Anthony. The singer had denied reports of baby rumours for weeks, and was outed by her costume designer pal Roberto Cavalli last month (Oct07), when he explained how difficult it was creating outfits for a mum-to-be. Speculation was further fuelled when Lopez cancelled upcoming concerts in San Diego and Puerto Rico over unspecified "scheduling conflict"; but the singer had refused to officially confirm she was pregnant until Wednesday (07Nov07) night. She told fans at Miami, Florida's American Airlines Arena of her impending motherhood, informing the 10,000-strong crowd, "'Marc and I are expecting." She joked with the audience throughout the show, holding her stomach and saying, "You don't mind if I catch my breath for a minute." Husband Anthony was surprised by his wife's decision to make the announcement, saying, ''I didn't know she was going to talk,'' before kissing Lopez's stomach on-stage. Lopez insists she waited until the end of her tour with Anthony to confirm her pregnancy, as she didn't want fans to worry about her health. However, she declined to say when the baby is due.
