THE RAILWAY CHILDREN star Jenny Agutter has joined a passenger protest against the alleged poor service provided by a British train company.
The 54-year-old has added her name to 1,700-strong petition calling for British Prime Minister Tony Blair to intervene to improve rail services in the south west and west of England.
She says, "I'm still waving my red petticoat in the air to draw attention to the trains.
"What is happening to our railways is disastrous."
