Jenny McCarthy has designed a ''sexy'' shoe for charity.

The blonde beauty has teamed up with ShoeDazzle.com to create a pair of high-heeled sexy black peep-toe pumps, named Insatiable, and she says she's thrilled with the final product.

The mother-of-one told PEOPLE: ''Even us MILFs want to look sexy. We might be falling over, but we'll look hot falling over.

''As for the name, I wanted something that just sounded kind of naughty, but still kind of fun and delicious. It's what I want my boyfriend to call me.''

Profits from sales of the shoe will benefit Generation Rescue, Jenny's charity for families who have children with autism.

According to Jenny - whose eight-year-old son Evan has autism - the organisation provides support, guidance and medical assistance, and is active in 38 countries.

She said: ''We've been growing every year, and I'm excited about it.''

Last year, the blonde beauty designed a similar pump for ShoeDazzle and says her latest creation is an updated version.

She said: ''This is like the summer version of that. I made them a little higher this year, though, because I wanted them to be ridiculously hot.''
