Jessica Alba was ''p***ed off'' about turning 30.

The 33-year-old actress - who has daughters Honor, six, and Haven, two, with husband Cash Warren - found reaching a new decade a lot ''harder'' than she expected and says it was particularly difficult as being pregnant with her youngest child meant she couldn't celebrate ''like a rock star''.

She admitted: ''I was pretty p***** off. I don't know why it was so hard, it just was.

''I was pregnant [with Haven] first of all, and I really wanted to party like a rock star. I didn't even know I cared about my twenties until I turned 30.''

However, the 'Sin City: A Dame To Kill For' actress thinks she has grown more attractive as she has gotten older.

She told Britain's Marie Claire magazine: ''I feel like I look better now. I think I came into my own physically in my thirties, even when I'd had kids. I'm actually smaller now because everything kind of hangs off differently.

''But I feel more like a woman, with not such a girl face. I had such chubby cheeks.''

The 'Barely Lethal' actress admits she knew as soon as she met Cash, who she married in 2008 after four years of dating, they would be together forever.

She said: ''Immediately we felt like really close friends. I don't know if that translates into being swept off your feet, as it wasn't really that; it was more, 'I'm going to this person for the rest of my life because he feels like family already.' And that was even before we started dating.''
