Musicians including John Mayer, Maroon 5 and R.E.M. have thrown their weight behind a campaign to stamp out concert ticket fraud.
More than 30 artists have signed up to support America's Fans First Coalition, an organisation dedicated to protecting fans from unscrupulous touts, fraudsters and unfair sales practices.
Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine says, "We need to make sure that fans get the tickets, and not scalpers. Fans First is fighting to do just that. Our band wants our tickets to be sold at the face value that we set, so that the real fans can get the tickets - not scalpers."
Other artists involved include The Dixie Chicks, Jason Mraz, Jennifer Hudson and Megadeth.
