John Travolta is set to be honoured for his career achievements at a prestigious awards ceremony in Germany next month (Feb11).
The Grease star will receive the top trophy at the Golden Camera event in Berlin on 5 February (11) - and the star, who welcomed baby Benjamin with wife Kelly Preston in November (10), is delighted with the prize.
He says, "Receiving the Golden Camera best actor international award is a huge honour for me. Over the past few months, so many positive things have happened to my family and me: Becoming a dad again has ignited such joy within me... But I also take great pride in my work, and it's wonderful to have it recognised in such a way."
Previous recipients include Richard Gere, Bruce Willis, Nicolas Cage and Sylvester Stallone. Last year's (10) winner was Danny DeVito.
