British film fans would pick Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie as the leading actors in their ultimate film, a new poll has revealed.
The Pirates Of The Caribbean star and Tomb Raider top the wish list of Britons who dream of making their own film, according to a survey by the National Lottery.
Ahead of Friday's EuroMillions lottery draw, a poll has revealed that if money was no object, nine out of ten Brits would stump up the cash to make their own movie.
One in four Brits would make a thriller, while one in five opted for a gentler romantic comedy. Only one in 200, however, wanted to try and repeat the success of animation masters Aardman, creators of Wallace & Grommet.
A relatively modest £10 million would be the average investment for those surveyed were they to make their own film, more than Oscar-winner Slumdog Millionaire which cost just over £7 million to make, but has already raked in over £100 million at the box office.
The ultimate movie, based on research by The National Lottery for the £85million EuroMillions Superdraw, comprised
Leading man: Johnny Depp
Supporting actor: Will Smith
Leading lady: Angelina Jolie
Supporting actress: Keira Knightley
Director: Steven Spielberg
Main location: London
Budget: £10 million
