Hollywood actor Johnny Depp is to pass on his fascination with guns to his children - he plans to teach them how to handle weapons.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star has two children with his longterm partner Vanessa Paradis - Lily-Rose, 10, and Jack, seven.
Depp admits he began handling firearms at the age of six when he was growing up in Kentucky, and wants to pass on his experience to his kids.
He says, "We would just go out and line up a bunch of cans and shoot with rifles, handguns and at times, submachine guns.
"When I was a kid it was a controlled atmosphere, we weren't shooting at humans - we were shooting at cans and bottles mostly. I will most certainly take my kids out for target practice."
