Rocker Jon Bon Jovi is seeking expert advice as he contemplates buying a stake in an American football club - he has turned to New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft for his wisdom.
The Bon Jovi frontman was first rumoured to be interested in picking up a share in the Atlanta Falcons earlier this year (11), joining the likes of Marc Anthony and Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie as a celebrity owner of a National Football League team.
He has yet to cement a deal, but it appears he's looking for help from Kraft after the odd couple was spotted enjoying a "business-like" dinner together in New York on Wednesday (02Nov11).
A source tells the New York Post's Page Six column, "Bon Jovi has flirted with buying into an Nfl franchise and it looks like he was getting some advice from Bob."
Bon Jovi does have some sports business expertise - he was a former owner of U.S. Arena Football League team the Philadelphia Soul.
