Jon Bon Jovi has laughed off internet rumours that he's passed away.

He uploaded a picture of himself with a big smile on his face as he holds up a piece of paper with the date on, and he tweeted: "Heaven looks a lot like New Jersey - jbj. (sic)"
His twitter read: "Rest assured that Jon is fine! This photo was just taken."
One blog article had claimed Jon had gone into cardiac arrest at the Empress Hotel in his home state of New Jersey and said he had died later in the evening.
