A producer who alleges Jon Peters sexually harassed him is hoping to call a string of A-list stars to act as witnesses in the upcoming trial.
Peters' Superman: Man Of Steel co-producer Brian Quintana claimed last year (09) that he was the victim of "continuous and pervasive sexual harassment" from the filmmaker, and filed suit against him.
Peters was also ordered to stay 100 yards away from Quintana after he allegedly threatened to break his legs during a bust-up in a Los Angeles law office.
The sexual harassment trial is slated to start on 1 March (10) and Quintana has a wish list of superstar witnesses he is sure will testify against Peters - some of whom were namechecked in the movie-maker's leaked autobiography last year (09).
Quintana tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, "Many people are annoyed about what Jon proposed to say about them in the book, so they won't think twice about testifying against him."
Peters had to return his $700,000 (£437,500) advance from publishers HarperCollins after several stars featured in his explosive book threatened legal action if it was ever published.
