Judy Greer is being lined up for a role in 'Tomorrowland'.

The '13 Going On 30' actress is in talks to star alongside George Clooney in Brad Bird's ultra secretive Disney movie, Deadline.com is reporting.

This will mark the third time the 38-year-old actress - best known for playing supporting roles in romantic comedies - acts opposite Clooney, after 1999's 'Three Kings' and 2011's 'The Descendants'.

The cast for the mysterious sci-fi film, scripted by Damon Lindelof and Jeff Jensen, already comprises Hugh Laurie, Britt Robertson and Raffey Cassidy. While details of the plot are being kept closely under wraps, it is known that Robertson, 23, has been cast as the lead, a schoolgirl with exceptional knowledge of technology who goes on a mission to reclaim her future.

Laurie has been confirmed to play villain David Nix, and Clooney will portray grizzled inventor, Frank Walker.

After Lindelof quashed rumours the film would be an alien invasion movie, speculation is rife it will instead be based on the Tomorrowland area of the Magic Kingdom theme park at Walt Disney World Florida - a vision of a future that never came to fruition.

Meanwhile, Greer is busy earning her sci-fi stripes, donning a motion capture suit to play Cornelia in the upcoming 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' movie.
