Julia Stiles was plagued by terrifying nightmares while shooting the latest version of horror film The Omen. The star claims she was initially "too chicken" to do the film, because of her superstitions. THE BOURNE SUPREMACY star endured countless sleepless nights and finally had to calm herself down in order to be able to continue with the shoot. She explains, "I had massive nightmares that were awful, just really horrifying images." Stiles kept conjuring up a gruesome image from the original film of a nanny who hangs herself. She explains, "Every night, I would imagine someone I knew doing that. I couldn't sleep. I was so worried that I actually had to sit down and have a talk with myself. "It was like, 'You have to put some positive energy out there. It was so hokey, but it worked.'"
