We wonder if this is the track Justin Bieber was talking about when mentioning that some of the songs from his recent recordings for forthcoming album 'Beautiful' were about Mariah Yeater. Of course, she is the single mother who claimed that it was the 18 year-old star who was the father of her child after an apparent rendezvous following one of his shows.
Bieber has since said that experiences such as that feature on his new LP, and has now released a track called 'Turn To You' about single mothers, although on his Twitter he said that the lyrics were in tribute to his own single mother, Pattie, who gave birth to Bieber aged just 18."Think im gonna release TurnToYou for my mom this friday for mother's day weekend," the singer Tweeted earlier this week. "The proceeds will go to help other single moms. thanks."
According to Access Hollywood, the lyrics for the track read "You worked two jobs/ To keep a roof above our heads/ You chose/ A life for me no you never gave up/ I admire you/ For the strength you've instilled in me," Justin sings on the track." Talking to MTV News, Bieber had spoken about writing the song for his mum, saying "[It's] about the struggles, I say in the song. She had me at like the age I am now. [It's about] just the struggles she went through and how brave she was, and I think the world needed to know that."
