Justin Bieber turned the tables on a top U.S. gossip website on April Fools' Day (01Apr13) by telling his Twitter.com followers to ring the publication's office for a chance to speak to him.
The Baby hitmaker posted the contact details for Tmz.com's hotline and encouraged his fans to dial the number, fooling them into thinking he would be the person picking up.
In a post on his Twitter page, he writes, "As promised taking all fan phone calls TODAY... Talk to u soon!"
Bieber subsequently deleted the tweet but cheekily returned to the site later to declare, "Did everyone call me yet?"
Editors at The Hollywood Reporter claim the number is toll-free, meaning bosses of the site will have to cover the bill for the phone calls.
