Betts states that she now suffers from tinnitus and also complains of other hearing-related damage as a result of event that took place at the concert. She's suing Bieber, his record label (Island/Def Jam), the concert promoter and the arena, who are represented by Vulcan Sports and Entertainment. The exact amount she is demanding is $9.23 million worth of damages.
According to a report published in the Washington Post, the court documents filed by Betts states that has not been employed since 2005 and has been receiving disability payments.
