Pop star Justin Bieber has been cleared over allegations he assaulted a 12-year-old boy at a Laser Tag venue in Canada in October (10) due to a lack of evidence.
The Baby singer hit the headlines after he was accused of shoving the youngster at the Richmond, British Columbia facility on 15 October (10).
The 16-year-old singer denied the "crazy" claims, insisting "nothing happened", but the unidentified child's father pursued the incident and lodged an official complaint with Canadian police.
However, their investigation has now been closed and Bieber will not face any charges.
Corporal Turley of the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police tells MTV News, "The file in regard to the alleged assault at the entertainment center has been concluded, and no charges will be forwarded. The investigation is complete."
