Singer Justin Moore has moved out of country music mecca Nashville, Tennessee and relocated to his native Poyen, Arkansas for the sake of his family.

The dedicated dad, whose wife Kate is due to give birth to the couple's third child this month (Jul14), reveals he wanted his parents to spend more time with their grandkids and to give the youngsters the chance to experience life in the countryside, just like he did growing up in the tiny town of Poyen, which has a population of less than 300.

Moore tells People.com, "People think I am nuts. But I want my girls to run through the cow pasture to my mum and dad's house. I want them to go to school where I went to school. It's important to me to see them growing up and having a normal childhood."

The move comes months after the Home Sweet Home star decided to cut down his tour schedule so he can be hands-on with his children's daily lives.

He says, "This means that I will be home for over 200 days this year. My four year old just started playing softball. I will be taking her to dance class. These are the things that are tops on my priority list."

Moore and his wife, who wed in 2007, are currently parents to daughters Ella, four, and Kennedy, two.
