Kanye West's triumphant celebrations only lasted one week in the U.K. album chart - he has been knocked off the top spot by James Blunt. West was celebrating last week (16Sep07) when his album Graduation beat 50 Cent's Curtis after a much-hyped chart battle. However, Blunt's second album All The Lost Souls debuted at number one on Sunday (23Sep07) - forcing Graduation into second place. Elsewhere, Sean Kingston topped the British singles chart for the third week running with Beautiful Girls - beating off strong competition from the mighty trio of 50 Cent, Justin Timberlake and Timbaland with their single Ayo Technology. Hey There by Plain White Ts, West's Stronger and 1973 by James Blunt round out the top five in third, fourth and fifth place respectively.
